A few crystals on my month old plant?

I've been spotting some THC crystals on the leaves of my plant even though it doesn't have any buds yet, but it has been under 12/12 for about three weeks. So are these really THC crystals or just some crap?

3 weeks under 12/12. there should have been at least buds forming.

Check for light leaking into your cabinette, if that's not it check your dark period temperature (it should be around 20 celcius). You should've seen some signs of buds in 2 weeks 12/12 max.

I see a lot of pistils now, and actually the beginnings of buds. Maybe I should switch to some better lighting, the CFL probably isn't enough right now. Although the plant was given less than a week before 12/12, that might have a lot to do with it.

So yeah there's buds, so it's all good. Just have to wait another month or so. And should I start fertilizing for budding or keep fertilizing for vegetative growth?
