i only have one tatoo but plan on getting more, here are some designs

This is one of mine, I love the design I do regret where it is though but it hides a dreadful scar which I hate, my b/f says I look like a cast member from badgirls lmao.

That's a bitchen tatoo, man. Possibly one of the best I've ever seen. Although I have no American Indian blood, I have always been intrigued by the cultures of many tribes throughout America.

By the way, did you design the tatoo yourself? I ask since you mentioned being an artist yourself in your post.

Why thank you for the compliment. No, I did not design this one myself. I had waited many years trying to figure out what I would like to have on my back as I think that to be one of the more important places to get work done.
I ran across the design in an art gallery as a painting here in La Jolla many years ago and it haunted me for too long. The haunting went away when it was finished.
It eventually was done by my "mentor" in Germany.
There are others that I have that I designed and if I find the pictures I will see if I can post them.
There are a few that I am proud of if I have to say so myself. :smokin:

I totally agree, whenever anyone asks me about mine, and says they want one too, I always tell them to find a design that means something to them first and then go to get the tat. Not go to the shop and find a design. It's like, how many girls have the same little rose or butterfly? Baaaa

totally agree, the one i have was something i drew for my band logo, u know for like the front of the bass drum or to be airbrushed onto a guitar or somethin.:thumbsup: :dance: :rasta:

I'm sorry but I have to say that I think tribal is way too common and therefore at a risk of becoming boring to see but that could be just because I prefer pictures.I think pictures say more about yourself then a pattern.Isnt that why we get tattoos to reveal a little bit about ourselves?

most people these do get a tribal..just sum swirly black pointy thing goin accross the small of their back..thats stupid a swirly black pointy thing? mmm great it soposed to be a sorta selfportaight in images that that are nto so easy to judge. hence the mystery of the tribal.
