So, who is the new justice Minister for Canada? Call 1-800-O-Canada and find out. He has to be a Conservative, which pretty much means Emery will probably be extradicted. I wonder what kind of economic leverage the American Admin. is pushing on the Canadian admin. to send Marc south.

I'll bet the BC court says "no" to sending Marc south, but the appeal by Federal court will send him south. Remember, you heard it here first.:thumbsup:

If the BC court desides either way then either party can appeal to the Provincal Court then after that ruling either party can appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada, if granted.
