I usually go fishing or for a long drive somewhere.
Back home I would go shooting at the range a lot. Take a bunch of gallon sized jugs full of water and shoot them. Tons of fun.I was gone for a while and now I\'m back.

I play video games... that isnt the most appealing thing for some people but it helps me... I also take drugs heh some would say that adds to the problem but for me i dont think it does. I also enjoy going out to the woods and walking around by myself, perhaps take a book and read out there, its great stuff. Try going running or, play video games haha... I swear gaming is my anti depressive
