yeah i agree with karmaxul but i would personaly add perlite to the soil mix for extra drainage and when ya pick ya outside spot dig it over a bit for a few days first, to make it easier for the roots to move in the soil
(if the soil is broken up and worked your roots will be come stronger and wont take that much energy to break thru the hard soil, which will speed up the process a bit,dig ya self a hole for each plant and dig it at about 1 and a half foot square and about 2 foot deep if ya can this will help loads) if you can get cuttings then that will be better you wont be taking extra time to germinate seeds ,but if you do have to do it by seed see about germinating it inside ya house in a jar with dampened cotton wool in a dark and warm place then plant it in a small pot when the seed shell has come off and ya can see the first set of leafs leave it for a day and plant outside
