250-300 grams per sqaure foot
and atleast 1 gram per watt of light

(if you are not getting these results you are probably doing something wrong)

Im interested in knowing. 100 grams of something? 500 grams? A kilo? I mean, you plant the thing and wait for like 90-120 days, right? And how many grams do you gain by waiting that amount?
