yea i'm being petty but it has a point... you can't tell someone they don't have the right to say what they want, without being a hypocrite...
Not true. The supreme court has rulled that you do not have the right to say what ever the hell you want. Also, the school is allowed to take away your rights in order to effictevly educate you. I'm to lazy to refrence the descision, but it did happen (I'll try to come back after finals today and give you the cases). Sorry, but you can't say what ever the hell you want to say, and no court of law is going to pity some asshole who tries to fight his teacher because in thier infinite wisdom, thought freedom gave them a liscence to be a total dick.

Teacher vs. Me in school today i got into a heated arugment for 1:30 minutes which is the whole period and the whole class got into the discussion as well all because i refused to stand up for the pledge of the allegence.
