u can get piles if u do too many drugs!!! once i split with my girlfriend (real messy) went out on huge coke and pills bender, 3 days later my ass hurts like ive just done some gonzo porn!! wasnt nice or pretty but thet werent big like those in the pics. there is a moral here somewhere im sure of it....... naaaa cant see it.
