Professional Diagnosis Needed - Males taking over...

I need the help of this community once again.

My first grow turned out to be 2 out of 2 males. I figured this happened because my chances were not all that great for one and for two I did stress out the plants with too low of a PH for too long due to incorrect information.

My second grow is still in progress, SORT of. 3 out of 4 were males, so I had to CHOP them down. And worse yet, the 4th one, I still dont have a clue. It could be a boy too, but there are NO signs of sex what so ever. What I need your help with is WHY????

WHY DO I GET SO MANY BOYS?

Is a temp of around 80 too high?
Perhaps its my nutrients, Dyna Grow. The numbers are 7-9-5.
Do you think its because of that? I have read that the first number should be higher than the second otherwise you better your chances of a male.

I need to diagnose my problem bad. Or I am going to go insane or just give up.

I THINK my room is 100% dark when I flower, I went in there with them and looked around. I couldnt see ANYTHING. But who knows...

    HELP!

If it comes up heads a few times in a row or tails a few times in a row, doesn't mean you're flipping it right or wrong.

Unless it's feminized seeds, which is actually the exception that proves the rule - it's genetics.

But some will tell ya they swear by this or that cause they never have gotten a male.

Well, Shakespeare said, "Nothing is real, but thinking makes it so."
And I believe in mind over matter, cause if you don't mind, it doesn't matter.

So, Temperature, Superthrive, Dr. Pepper, Voo Doo, The Force, Norman Vincient Peale, Divine Intervention, The Mothers of Invention, whatever works for you.

Throw out the science, this is a religious issue.

Definitely lower this temp. Try growing with better seed, its most likely just the fact that your getting bad genetics.

DId you buy seeds or are you using seeds from your smoke?

80 degrees is not to high...maybe a little for seedlings, but anywhere between 68-88 is acceptable, , I keep it cooler in veg, warmer during 12/12...Optimum flowering occurs at the higher end of the temp range...

If you are growing from bagseed, most likely you are growing hermies to start with. The matter of stressless environment would help produce fem's, but there is NO GUARANTEE. hth.lw

Well, I got the seeds from a friend who bought them online.

Said they were "Shiva" seeds. Dont know the source though. Who knows, maybe they are bag. I have a picture of them, would that help??

They are dark with lots of cool looking marking on them and pretty large, not too big though.

    seeds and genetics huh? hm...

If this last one isnt a girl, im going feminized seeds from here on out!
(actually, either way, I am going that way!)

    Keep the discussion going!

Hey LW, I just wanted to say thanks. Pretty much everytime I have posted with needing some help, you have responded and assisted. Just wanted to say thanks. Id give you a gram or two if i could for it! :stoned:

I'd actually very much like to see the cool markings you speak of. Sounds really cool.
