It is very hard to get caught, and I am not sure if they have P.O. boxes in Singapore, but here in America they are fairly cheap, you can use a false name, and no one will know it is you. You can also send in money to some seed banks. Look on these forums for reliable sites. People will post good and bad information.

The good grower goes not want seeds (unless he is trying to get more seeds to grow more plants). A grower removes any males he finds so that the female flower (which produces the bud) does not become pollinated. Only pollinated females produce seeds. If a female is not pollinated, it becomes stickier, so as try to catch a pollen. It produces more trichomes, and trichomes are good.
