The song Thieves in the Night by Blackstar (Mos Def and Talib Kweli) is really good, one of my fav songs. Mos Def's solo stuff is so-so but not underground. Del the funkee homosapien (my avatar) is really good. I like the album Future Development by him. De La Soul is really good, just don't own his stuff.

Asheru does the Boondocks theme song, www.myspace.com/asheru1 . haha it's actually a 20 second song. The lyrics are really good though.

I am the stone that the builder refused, I am the visual
The inspiration that made Lady sing the blues
I'm the spark that makes your idea bright
The same spark that lights the dark so that you can know your left from your right
I am the ballot in your box, the bullet in the gun
The inner glow that lets you know to call your brother "son"
The story's that's just begun, the promise of what's to come
And I will remain a soldier 'til the war is won...
