If you're smoking with your best friend and it's just the two of you, Harold and Krumar is good.

Mortal Kombat 1 prooved to be good (and better than the Street Fighter movie). It's pretty full of sfx.

Terminator 2 is good.

Basically- choose a movie with good camera angles, excellent music, picture, etc. Kill Bill 1 and 2 is good because Tarantino concentrates on choosing his favorite scenes/camera angles/etc from his favorite movies since Kill Bill is nothing but a tribute to his favorite films. The first one is probably better to watch if you're too lazy to pay attention to all that dialouge in the second one.

Oldboy is a Korean film and it's my number one favorite movie. Quite a fucked up thing to watch. WARNING- may be psycologically disturbing. The movie made Tarantino cry and not sleep at night. Besides its physical violence (teeth torture and such) it's also mentally disturbing, but it's overall a brilliant film with amazing camera angles, dialouge, music, symbols/elements, etc.

8) The world according to garp or hotel new hampsire (actually any of his [irvings] adaptations fuck with you when you're stoned)
9) Texas chainsaw massacre (the original)
10) Most Kubrick films (from dr. strangelove to eyes wide shut)
