125w fluorescents = 11250 lumens

according to http://www.erowid.org/plants/cannabi...rowlight.shtml a good grow room needs 1000-3000 lumens per square foot

11250/3000=3-4ft of growing area.

zendai Reviewed by zendai on . 125W Envirolite Hi guys, I'm a fairly experienced outdoor grower but I'm looking to start growing inside for the first time. I've grown a couple of plants on a windowsill but am looking to start doing it properly with a grow light. I'm only looking to grow maybe 6-10 plants and I'm currently looking at a 125w Envirolite with a batwing reflector. What do you think? Will that be enough to start off with? Especially interested in hearing from people who have used an Envirolite. Rating: 5
