I quit my job..........damnit!

I just got pissed today and so i up and quit, they were trying to make me work like 24/7 because i missed work on Saturday and i couldnt do that because i work 2 jobs so i just said fuck you guys im outta here, and i went out screaming "FUCK" on the call floor which is like the worst thing you can do and then i stomped off. The thing is i left my coat there so i have to go back sometime today and get it, which is gonna suck, im just waiting until the night shift so i dont have to see my managers.


Anyone else wanna shove a stick of dynamite up their boss' ass and then kick them in the face?

My boss got so mad when i quit it was funny because im the best salesman they have there and they always act like its me giving them a hard time and making their jobs harder which is true but considering their job is to help me do my job which they suck ass at I dont care how many problems i caused them. they can eat my peanutbutter log.

i was habitually late and took unschedualed breaks but thats not why they were mad....well yes it is, but i made them more money than anyone in the history of their company, i made aprox 3 sale per hour (the goal from aol for the entire campaign once finished was 1 sale per hour and the average for the entire company was something like .5 sales per hour. So basically i was the top saleman in the company and they didnt even care, their payroll dept was CROOKED they would hold my sales for no reason and that means i wouldnt get paid for them even though THEY did, also they use shady tactics like heres how the formula is supposed to be you get a min of 7.50 per hour plus commisions but they dont tell you that if you get a sale then you get 5.00 an hour plus commision which is between $1 a sale and up to $22 a sale depending on the campaign. So what they do to screw you is that if you get 5 sales in 1 hour but you worked 5 hours they will adjust it so that you got one sale an hour and so you lose 2.50x 4 hours instead of paying 7.50 for 4 hours and commision X sales + 5.50 for the 1 hour.


Anyways i was a bitch because i didnt get the respect i deserved from them, i applied for a supervisor possition and didnt get it because Dara (the company site manager, or the boss of everyone) didnt know me very well, yet some bitch who didnt have a single sale for 6 months SIX MONTHS WITH NO SALES!!!! got the job because she was Daras best friend.

They would give people coach time which is where you get to walk around and basically do nothing. Well i got coach time maybe ONCE when i worked there and yet the supervisors would let the cute highschool girls watch the call floor while they got something to eat or went and fucked underage girls in the weight lifting room.........oh and Dara is 25 years old.

no i dont i just claim to be the original creator of "if you love your kids then beat them" because i came up with that theory a long long time ago, and im not racist at ALL! I swear i love black people as much as i love white people, i just had to put it there because my friend said it once and it was really funny. I know its bound to cause some conflict but thats a good thing in some cases.
