yeah, that shit fucks me off. i had to go to a guy who wasn't my regular dealer, and it was dark so i didn't check the shit properly. got back in the car and looked at it, and i kid you not, it looked like a bag of dirt. we phoned the guy straight back up and took back the weed. basically, if you just tell people straight, they usually are cool. if not, just say "fine, i don't want any more weed from you". then tell everyone you know not to buy from them, i put 1 dealer out of bussiness through getting everyone i knew to boycott him
