Your temps are fine. Ideal is 75 during the day and 65 at night, but I do not worry as long as my indoor green house is under 95.

For people who run grow ops the highest yield are obtained in a set space most effiecently with a short vegging period. I would go 2-3 weeks myself.

If you only want to have one plant for some silly reason then veg away.

Other places say 72-76, and yet another said anything below 90 degrees. My cabinet temps range from 80-85 depending on how low my wife lets me drop the AC in the house for the air intake.
