Just trying to help. Yes, I saw IGN, but it's something I never had to deal with.
Perhaps your ignitor is broken?
Perhaps your ballast is broken?
Perhaps your fuse is gone?
Perhaps your plug is wired incorrectly?

See, there's a million thing's that could be wrong, so I was offering an idea, you probably hadn't thought of.

I could not get them to work together, along with a 400W SON-E bulb. If someone would be so gentle to explain me if I bought something wrong?
