    High bay lights ???

    are high bay son 250w lights suitable for growing i have my plant under it and it is growing but the light seems to give off alot of heat so i carnt get the light very close can anyone tell me if this type of light is ok please:rasta: i can supply a pic if anyone wants

    yes they will work fine,watch the heat. I would only use it on one plant though.
