can psychosis go away naturally?

I really do believe that mental illness doesn't exist, and ure the first person I can ask with first hand experience of psychosis, and uve actually embraced it.:thumbsup:

I agree with that to a certain extent aswell...I just read a study done by a man called Rosenhan....and he kinda suggested that even professional psychiatrist can't tell sane from insane...and he put people being insane down to labeling them.
