can psychosis go away naturally?

Most anti-phychotic meds only change brain chemistry, and don't actually 'alter' the mind like weed does. Most don't give you a buzz, they change receptors and sh!t. They say phychosis is due to a chemical imbalance in the brain; the meds are simply used in attempt to 'balance' the imbalance.

Although it really depends what view your looking at it from....that would only be a physiological viewpoint....but....lol...it doesn't really matter.
