depends on whats causing the psychosis
and the individual.
like you can get a strong guy with major problems
and he can live a happy life
then you have a weak individual with lil problems
and they have a breakdown.
lots of factors to think of.

i have episodes in which i proper freak out n think that reality is just in my head...

the longest 1 i had lasted a weekend, whichwas almost a month ago, n i feel 1comin on now, i havnt smoked weed since it was last triggered

I don't think thats what he was tryin to say man, jus reality is only real for those who live in that reality, and reality is all in ure head, and we all got different heads, so why giv a shit about whether or not its in ure head or sumthing thats independent, because no1 has got a clue, and will never have a clue, so don't worry about it. As for psychosis, educate yourself on the history, diagnosis, prognosis and symptoms, and the methods of determining whether sum1 is mentally ill or not, then draw ure conclusions. My personal opinion is that it doesn't exist, and I'm sure if I told you all the reasons for why I think that, u'd still stay with ure opinion that it does cuz thats what ppl do...........god bless em.

psychosis can be a major problem for those who are prone to it. I don't know if it ever go's away, but there are meds that can help. Some people hear voices, while others broadcast, some feel paranoid all the time, and think people are after them . . . like a conspiracy. I've know one guy who actually thought he was Jesus at one point in his life. Delusions of grandeur where you think you are some big shot, and the list goes on.

Sometimes weed can trigger an episode, or so I hear. It doesn't cause the problem, but it can 'trigger' it since weed is a pshychotropic plant. (sp?)

Like I said, there are many meds that might help a bit. Risperdal, Seroquel, Zyprexa, Haldol, Abilify, the list goes on.

Czech with a pdoc if its a problem for you. If not, enjoy the trip . . .pshychosis can be fun as well.

I think i may have it then, because im the most paranoid person in the world. Every time i hear a car door close i think its the cops. Everytime i hear a voice i tence up, every time i see someone in the street i think there a cop. Everyones a cop to me, but when i smoke weed i realise its stupid, but when im not high, it really is all one big conspiracy to send me to jail, or kill me or something, i even get paranoid of being shot in a drive by.
