I think the heart rate increase is bullshit. Maybe it only happens to inexpirienced or occasional smokers. My heart rate is 90 right now and thats only about 10-15 bpm higher then when I'm relaxed.

I'v had the same thing in the past. Especially the nights I go over to my friends house and smoke bowl after bowl of chronic from his bong. I'll be sittin there kinda watching TV (when im that blazed a lot of times I can't understand what their saying) then notice my heart is just pounding. It can start pounding so hard you can clearly see my chest pulsating from the pressure. It only gets worse if you think "oh shit, im gonna die" then anxiety kicks in. Just chill when it happens and it will go away.

That's fucked up. I didn't realize that. My dad's side of the family has a bad history of heart disease, which is why I don't smoke cigarettes...

...it's also ironic because my dad and pretty much everyone on that side of the family are all potheads.

They say if your afraid of the raise of blood pressure candy should help (I would choose pixy stix) I dont know how true that is but I read it. Also no one has ever died from weed so I'm assuming if some one has died from a heart attack and had an autopsy and the surgons found THC in their system then there would be deaths caused by marijuana so no, I dont believe this.
