Need Some Advice

I have a urine and blood test coming up for an insurance policy my mother is taking out for me. I can delay it possibly for a few more days, but I last smoked friday the 10th around noonish. I have smoked 3 or 4 times a week previously before that, and need help in determing what I need to do in order to pass this urine AND blood test.

Any and all advice would be great.

I should be fine on the blood test, I just found out that it can only be detected when you have used two days prior, but I am still nervous about the urine test. Should I start drinking water now? The test will most likley be this week or next. I will obviously not smoke untill the test is done. Will it hurt me to be around other people smoking?

There drawing blood to check for liver and or kidny damage stuff like that.
So there not checking your blood for drugs/Slim chance anyway.
I would not use detoxints.If you can just get the Quick Fix 4.0
Make sure its at temp and all that.See my other threads about that.

second hand smoke won't show up unless your taking in shotguns.
If it were me tho and i was trying to get clean I would not be around to much second hand smoke.
