how can i use a bunch of sick time with no doctor note

I've stored up over 18 days worth of sick time on my job. I want to use it before I quit, or I just lose it. How can I use all this sick time with no doctor's note?

u cans ay u phoned the doc because if u describe flu suptoms the doc wont come to your house well just say stay in bed im sure the company wont b able to challange it

I was under the impression that sick time didnt require that you have a md note. Not feeling well is being sick and if we all went to the md every time we didnt feel well the md wouldnt get any sleep. Sompe places will allow you to use sick time(if you have accumulated it) for other purposes. Is that possible with you?

a doctor's note is required if you miss 3 or more consecutive days.
Thanks for the ideas. I like the "flu" scenario. Or maybe going to a doctor and claiming something like back pain or carpal tunnel, since i'm at a keyboard all day.
