When a US State fully decriminalizes marijuana...
I highly doubt any US state will legalize it until Canada does. There's no doubt that the prohibition will end sometime in the future, since all things are temporary. The only question is how it will end. I bet legalization will come first to Western Europe, since many countries there are already moving in the right direction (Holland, Belgium, the UK, Switzerland, Portugal...). With those examples Canada will probably follow suit, and then it is only a matter of time before Americans find out that legalization isn't really that bad an idea.

I'd at least visit, and just camp out if I had to. This may be a reason why some states would not want to legalize, because they would get flooded with camping potsmokers. But then this would also be a major source of income for the state, especially if the state grew and sold the marijuana. Rating: 5
