Growing in parent's residence

Depending on whether anyone could see you on your roof, you can start the plant outside, then move it inside when the weather starts to get cold and if you've properly setted up your closet.

Hm.. so what would I need to grow inside? A fluorescent light? cause I don't know if I could get my hands on one.. there might be one around my toolshed, I dunno though.

Eh.. I'm a fool, so, WTF does a fluorescent light look like!? Are they those long skinny white lights? Or what?!
