Drippers added, can I run them all the time?
Take alook and let me know. I am worried there is too much water running and I am over watering.
Also, my girls are 15 days into 12 on 12 off how do they look? Not sure what strain.jaxtokin Reviewed by jaxtokin on . Drippers added, can I run them all the time? Take alook and let me know. I dont see any drippers. Is this before you added them. Drippers go in the end of the tubes and drip very slowly. Those plants look like they are getting a high tds (to many ferts) but most likely do to the fact that they are over watered as apposed to your mix is to high in the NPK department. You may want to put them in soil or put your watering system on a timer untill you get drippers for your lines. 15 min every 4 hours may work with your setup but it is a new method to me in terms of how much water is pouring out of the tubing. Do you adjust your ph? I ask because that is why your leaves are dieing. It may be do to your medium such as the rock wool collecting to many fertilizer ions. The roots need air. Your rockwool also needs to be flushed with water and a bit of H2O2 hydrogen peroxide. I would use one tsp or 5ml per liter of 2 % pure but get a second opinion. Do you have an algae problem in your res.?

You do not see the black hoses with the water "dripping out" from the drip ends? The box clearly stated "drippers"; based on your diagnosis the manufacture could have been mistaken.
The drippers were added only minutes prior to the pictures being taken and at the end of the weekly maintenance cycle which explains the dried leaves, so that would be yes the ph is controlled weekly by water changes. As for
H2O2, never read anything about that, would you happen to have any pics of your set up I am curious to see what these techniques look like in action so to speak.
So 15 minutes on every 4 hours for drippers?

It looks to me that perhaps you don't have enough light!
they are stretched and spindly...get your light as close as possible without burning them...put fan blowing between them and canopy...goodluck
I tried to buy your unit off ebay a while back...It is an ebb and flow system...although drippers are great, imho
ebb and flow is ...SSOOO, simple...and easy to dial in.
I run my drippers full-on during thr light photoperiod and 15 min. on 1 hour off during lights-out...hope this helps
drippers come in many shapes and sizes...I just use simple 1/4" 90's instead of designed drippers.

Emily's Garden Hydroponic System http://www.hydroponics.net/i/290053
$79.95 had it up and running in hours, not a plug it's a decent starter and has given me many ideas for a bigger set up.
Thanks for the dripper schedule, that is close to what I went with. I figure while the lights are on more water flow would really give the girls some cooling down.
Any links or photos of set ups?

Flows 2 1/2 gallons every 35 - 37 minutes. Had it running for 17 hours they look greener more perky, can't wait to start the next one.

Only in units, usually ebb and flow, using rockwool slabs, would you run into a over-wet problem, because as we all know rockwool retains moisture over long periods of time.
I hope I explained my take on this clearly enough for you...
Keep in mind, I am just passing on "my" beliefs through trial and error. Not gospel, just my opinion. OH yeah, and it's 5 am...lw
