Boil the kettle and fill a bowl with it, then hold your face over it letting the steam open all your pores up (do it after a shower too) then rub a cloth or something a little bit rough over your face, it'll pull out all the blackheads.. no blackheads, no spots

I was way beyond "zit face" or "pizza face". I got to the point to where i had cistic acne bumps like half the size of pennies that covered my face and not an inch of my face was smooth nearly.
