ever think about staining the outside (not inside the bowl or stem)

well not really but that might be cool. I don't know much about staining, and I've just been using the tools I have at hand right now. Plus, I really like that rough natural look for now.

I collect Y-shaped branches when I go for walks and make sherlocks out of em. It's a good feeling to make ur own pipes, here is two pics of my first one ever made. It is still one of my favorites.
