Question for Cig smokers/exsmokers
Ive consistently only had 1 or 2 in a day, with no compulsion to have more. People can enjoy them on a minor level like I do and other seem to have this compulsion to smoke fight against it and fail constantly; for example an annoying buddy who tells me that I need to quit in front of other people yet is the most addicted and spastic 8yearold of a man I have seen

Question for Cig smokers/exsmokers
I like this post. I started smoking butts back when I was 14. Ciggarettes for myself just kind of worked into my life I smoked them casually with friends then when I got bored then when I felt "Stressed" whatever that is at age 15, then around 17 I felt a heavy need for nicotiene and was chain smoking half out of addiction half out of this compulsive behavior to keep smoking and smoking then at 18 I quit for a month cold turkey after I was having awful chest pain and felt some wierd lump in my throat. Stupidly I am smoking again but one thing that I have noticed with smoking ciggarettes is it puts a burden on eating well and leading a healthy life because mentally it's almost like society has impounded the idea ciggarettes are so horrendous for your health that it is hard to smoke ciggarettes and then do anything positive for your health like eat a salad excersize ( minus the obvious reasons with this one)etc They are just bad bad bad really stop smoking them tell your friends your done smoking butts and stick to it it feels phenomenal to be butts free.

Question for Cig smokers/exsmokers
It's not very well known, but the tobacco growers use Polonium 210, which is radioactive, to help grow. This is what causes the majority of tobacco-related cancer cases. Even former U.S. Surgeon General C. Everett Koop acknowledged this.
I quit over 15 years ago.
