The only reason I started smoking was because during Basic training in the Military everyone that smoked got a smoke break and those that did not had to keep scrubbing floors or what-not. I was hooked and slowly dying before I knew it.
I have been tobacco free for nearly four years now after 24 years of two packs a day. Quite cold turkey, and that in itself is another story entirely, but the point I am trying to make is that I feel sooo much better and even though I am a MMJ patient, the quality of life is much better now being a non (tobacco) smoker.
My advice to ANYONE thinking about starting to smoke is simple .... Don't!
Graehstone Reviewed by Graehstone on . Question for Cig smokers/exsmokers How gradually did you become addicted? How long before you started getting cravings, etc. Im a social smoker, but im beginning to worry that im getting hooked, because i have a very addictive personality. I smoke maybe 5 or 6 a weekend at parties and with friends. The only time i really have a craving to smoke is right after i finish a cig off, i get the urge to pick another right up again. That, and when im on my way to school in the morning because im bored. Rating: 5
