I used to be a social smoker kinda like you, then I started buying a pack here and there. I smoked a decent amount for prolly 4 months, something like 4-5 a day on average, and only felt somewhat physically addicted. It was my chest and lungs that told me it was time to stop before I didn't have that option. About a week of not smoking I already noticed an improvement. Sure they are "fun" for whatever reason, but its not worth it.

My main thing for smoking as many as I did was my long drives I had. The drive is boring, so a cig seemed to keep me occupied. Now I just smoke a bowl or something and I don't even think about cigs.
Its a Plant Reviewed by Its a Plant on . Question for Cig smokers/exsmokers How gradually did you become addicted? How long before you started getting cravings, etc. Im a social smoker, but im beginning to worry that im getting hooked, because i have a very addictive personality. I smoke maybe 5 or 6 a weekend at parties and with friends. The only time i really have a craving to smoke is right after i finish a cig off, i get the urge to pick another right up again. That, and when im on my way to school in the morning because im bored. Rating: 5
