The only reason I started smoking was because during Basic training in the Military everyone that smoked got a smoke break and those that did not had to keep scrubbing floors or what-not. I was hooked and slowly dying before I knew it.
I have been tobacco free for nearly four years now after 24 years of two packs a day. Quite cold turkey, and that in itself is another story entirely, but the point I am trying to make is that I feel sooo much better and even though I am a MMJ patient, the quality of life is much better now being a non (tobacco) smoker.
My advice to ANYONE thinking about starting to smoke is simple .... Don't!
