As far as buying that scrubber, if you want to go ahead. I just find it a waste of money since I've known at least 3 people from these boards make one from scratch and definitely under 100 bucks.

As far as a time, I'd get something like I have - it's digital and has 3 plug ins

Though it really doesn't matter, because you can always hook your lights into a power supply and plug THAT into your timer.

Just make sure it can do everything you need it to do. <3
