I dunno I think that it was dipped. Because if I remember right the joint that I think was laced you could clearly see that it was dipped in something cuz you could see that something bleeded through the paper. I didnt think anything of it because I was already baked before the laced one came around. I dont know about it not being dipped cause if between 7 ppl i had like 3-4 good deep hits and I lost complete touch with reality. And I talked to my friends who were there and they said they felt the exact same way just to a less extent cuz they took smaller hits.
