ok i have an idea of how you feel, the first time i smoked i was so scared... some things that helped was that your first time do it where you wont get paranoid, it sucks, go somewhere where you feel safe. the first couple of hits will burn slightly if your not used to inhaling smoke, so maybe have a glass of water or somthing, if your smoking with friends ask as many questions as you like. since youve never been fully stoned the effects will suddenly hit you, maybe its sounds, or youll just bust out laughing. its a really cool experience and youll never forget it...hope this helped...
