Roe V Wade For Men
Men should NOT have to pay child support to a woman if there was no marriage - and they (men) should get custody of the children, in cases of divorce.
We need to bring back the concept of "bastard" into society. If an unmarried woman chooses to become pregnant, with or without the knowledge of her sexual partner, she should AT LEAST have some kind of legal agreement with him regarding the future support of the offspring. If she does not (have a legal agreement), and can not support the child herself, then the child should raised in an orphanage, or given to a family willing to adopt it.
In other cases, where the parents were married, custody should only go to the father - in the vast majority of divorce cases. This would keep more marriages together, cut down on poverty and crime, and improve our society - as it did in the past, and still does in societies that practice beneficial patriarchy.
So, in essence, rights and responsibilities go together. Men should demand their rightful place again as the head of the family. With the exclusion of widows, or those that have the financial resources to do so, women should generally not be single mothers.
The way to stop ā??deadbeat dadā? syndrome is to eliminate the problem. The best way to do this is to stop rewarding undesirable behavior, and stop punishing men who have no choice in a completly unfair system.Breukelen advocaat Reviewed by Breukelen advocaat on . Roe V Wade For Men There is an interesting case ongoing in Ohio, the crux of which is that a man should not be financially responsible for an unplanned pregnancy. I think it's an interesting premise, however, I'm still on the fence as to if it's a good idea or not. I'm leaning toward not, but I'm waiting to get all the information I can. Still, I'm currious what y'all think of this. Here's the link. http://www.wtol.com/Global/story.asp?S=4603850 Rating: 5
