World War 2 started at the end of 1939 dumbass. And um there's a lot more to the economy than the unemployment rate.
tadaa Reviewed by tadaa on . Bush 2009: after the white house Ever stop to think what will happen to George Bush after his presidency. Most presidents which recieve such a low approval rating would just seemingly go off into hiding. Jimmy Carter still builds house every day. Love that guy. Clinton and Bush sr. hang out now. doesnt look like they need a third in the club. ha wouldnt that be aqward to have Big and Little bush with clinton. Clinton trapped in the middle of a strange family of ex presidents. or maybe he'd be friends with ford. Rating: 5

(If i remember correctly, it was a 30-2 vote against it). The Hurricane Katrina disaster, with it's days upon days of waiting for people to get rescued. But oh, that's right, the Republican's are on a roll, that's why Bush's approval rating is the lowest of any president since they started keeping track. You're right though, republicans are always elected because they do a better job.
the ports deal SHOULD have gotten votes. there should have been no blockade ofthe deal. racism was all over that thing. Note that congress said " we drafted thsi bill becuase of overwelming public outcry". Everybody went OH NO the A-rabs are gonna get our land. wtf. Nobody is smart enought to think about the fact that the UAE is a close arab alie and actually helps us. Or that security would remain exactly the same no matter who owns it. Right now a terrorist has just as easy time getting in.

the point is this, many Rep. and Dem are saying how they put politics and emotions infront of homeland security. And they shouldnt have. The reason they were so against bush was an emotional thing. a step away, saying you dont have allt he power so shut up.
    PS my 500 post.

In a week you could walk out of new orleans and much farther, or ride a bike, public transportation etc. You could buy a fucking grey hound ticket for 10 dollar that would have gotten them clear of the danger zone. I could have ridden a bicycle out of the danger area in a day. Don't give me your liberal bullshit about how nothing is every anyones own fault. They got what their dumbasses deserved.
Wow, I'm the dumbass? YOU'RE the dumbass to think they even have cars to drive. They can't afford that shit, most of them live in POVERTY dipshit. You know what, It's not even worth discussing this with you for the fact you are closeminded and have absoultely NO idea what you're fucking talking about. You're cut. You aren't worth my time, you aren't even worth God's time if there actually is a god. Have fun in hell bitch.

Strangle: Congrats on your 500th post man.

Also, the Ports deal really shouldn't have gone through, because no matter how much of an Ally the UAE is, the fact of the matter is our own country should be running our own ports... period. There would have been benefits to the deal going through yes, but I think we should really have 100% control of our own ports...

Sidenote: 420dopesmoke, you should really beat that snake score quickly so I have a determination to beat you again with my free time... either way, considering we are on the top fifty a good 40-45 times between the two of us, I think they should just crown both of us champion .

Great Depression went on until the late 1930's, until the United States entered World War II.

If they have no means of ever traveling how do they get food in their homes and medical care? LIke I said, moron, you could walk out of new orleans in 1 day, let alone 4 or 5. You could ride a bike, ride with a friend, buy a godamn 10 dollar bus ticket. They obviously have means to make it to the welfare office but they can't leave the city when a hurricane is coming, riiiiiiiiiight. What a joke. You really are gullible.

That doesn't qualify as a soaring economy idiot. It was rising, but it was rising from great depths to a normal level.
