websites selling other-caine powders...

Anyone know any websites that sell pure lidocaine powder? If not lidocaine then any other of the caine family (benzocaine, prilocaine, ex.)? And does anyone know if it is legal to order these products? I am pretty sure it is. I found one site that does but i emailed them and they won't email me back which is shady so until i get a reply thats a no go. I really hate when a company selling something on a website won't answer emails from potential customers. Why the hell would anyone want to chance buying something from someone if they won't answer emails?
