I read the book (fear and loathing) and also the letters to Rolling Stone concerning that part of the book. The discription of the "Andrenachrome" rush is like nothing i have seen stated in any medical encylopedia.

When he is on the "rush" Oscar/The Attorny is actually talking about a time he took Jimson Weed..........Not adrenachraome

All in All he made it up.............Look up Gonzo Journalism in a dictionary or something........not everything he said was true most times fiction/non fiction collided.

I've seen the film once, but as far as i can remember I fell asleep during it, which isnt a good sign, but I'd like to give it another go. If there is a book, I'd rather read that - books are always better.
