Awsome chart and great post. this summer I am doing a balcony grow with vegtables not just weed. Since im growing veggies I'm hoping to upgrade my soil value from promix to A more organic solution. I have things available to me like Sheep manure, ProMix, Perlite and some Bone meal and blood meal. All plants will be in containers. (Including my lowryders and hybrids)

Any ideas on the ratios I should mix these at. Since im in a apartment I mix in small amounts.

One thing im still kind of concerned about is. I have nutes like Botanicare Pur Blend Pro, And BIO Gensis High Tide/Synergy Shich work greta with my promix.

Will I be needing these Products with my more organic Mix? I know I haven't added any K in my osil SO I guess I will l have to add that when the Bloom happens in the tomatoes etc. but should my soil mix listed above cover me through Veg'in or basic plant growth.

I really wanna learn more about organic gardening, I want to be able to give my GF plants that she can just use plan water with and not have to worrie about measuring nutes etc.

Any help is greatly appreciated...

thanks kindly

So I've been doing some research, and it seems that a mix of perlite, worm castings, and peat or coco coir should provide a good base soil mix. Then there's stuff like volcanite and other natural minerals that can be added, plus small quantities of fertilizers such as bat guano, seabird guano, kelp, and various types of composts.
