That just isnt true. In Sf people do NOT get arrested for cannabis even if they dont have a med cana card. I have personally experienced this and i had a QP when i was pulled over.

daima Reviewed by daima on 03-11-2006. Would I be Eligible in California? I get very painful, what I'm assuming are back spasms, about 1-2 times per month. Each time it happens it lasts about a week. This has been going on for over 10 years. It happens in different spots on my back, but always on the right side. Somethimes it hurts so bad I can't turn my head, usually it keeps me up at night because I can't get comfortable. I would think this would def. qualify for med marijuana.
