CONGRESS CONTACTS STATE POSITIONS LEGALIZE
Dang man, you are in the trenches of legal crapola for sure....
I wish you the best in the upcoming drama. I know it's going to be nothing but b.s. thrown at you, but hang in there.
You'd think these people have much more serious business to deal with than a simple possession charge. That should be no charge at all in my opinion, but at the MOST, it should be a very, very tiny fine like $50....no more than that....and not show up on your record at all unless you have multiple convictions. Someday the morons we keep sending to "represent" us will actually start doing what we send them to Austin and Washington for and stop bullying decent folks and stop creating this huge industry of jails, prisons, and rehab centers for people who choose a little smoke in the evening to relax instead of several gin and tonics and cigarettes.
Be sure to keep us posted on how things go. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
Have a great day.
Onward!
