ya i know my mom puts rice in the salt to stop from clumping, but also to keep it fresher. where abouts u from in mass?

I don't think the rice was put in there to add fake weight, because the bag weighed more than what he paid for. Was the rice put in there to prevent the coke from clumping up and sticking together, like they do in salt shakers?
