There's the Up In Smoke cafe in Hamilton, Ontario. Also Dana Larson (eNDProhibition) is supposedly opening one in Vansterdam ( http://www.cannabisculture.com/forum...=3#Post1225691 ) . Now I've never used either, and I have no clue if they are close to Spokane, but their the only one's I've been able to find that I would trust buying from.

I was going to get from thcseeds.com, then read some nasty stuff about them, and reeferman is moving international.
