lighting question. (1stgrow)
Hello all i just have a few questions i know you guys could help me with. This is the bulb I have free access to...http://www.goodmart.com/products/36840.htm
(It is the Sylvania 360w Metalarc BT37) is there a fixture that i can use this in that is not 3 phase, if so could someone point me in the right direction. and also i have a 70w HPS light will that be enough when it comes to the flowering stage? if you could not tell im getting ready for my 1st growthanks alot guys.

I have no idea what 3 phase means, but you should just be able to buy a Dutch Barn reflector (about £15 brand new, so thats just less than $30) and the correct ballast (a 400w MH/HPS one), I think they retail at around £30/$55. Have a gander on eBay, I got a complete system - 600w HPS, reflector and ballast - for £65 including p+p!
