Have you any ideas on what to do about the heat ?
You know I wonder if it was the heat problems that caused the bit of hermie trouble last time ?

All I can think off is what you're doing anyway, door open and fan on.

One thought though Buk, it's probably a bit silly . Do you have anywhere else you could grow, somewhere prehaps near fresh air or ventilation or somewhere you could adapt for growing ?

GreenMonster-- its growing good just the slow start just waiting now but my last grow was OK I did get a few seeds in the buds. I didnt get tons but yes i did get seeds in my buds The smoke was OK i would say Mids not highs.. I'll post pics sooon

Mand-- I'm keeping the Temps as good as I can but I really want to keep this damn door closed but I cant cause the heat goes crazy I wish I had a different area but I dont I have a garrage but in the summer it would get worse than my closet I have CFLs right now for about another week or so, that can buy me some time to figure out what to do before i throw on the MH and then HPS. I do keep the closet door open and have about 4 fans, 1exhuaus 1intake 1 onlights and 1 on the plants. I think im going to add 2 or 3 more fans inorder to keep that door closed the way I always intended to. Its a lot of work with this damn heat, I dont know y I have such a problem and I have a cool tube that sucks right! but my plan should work I just have to put some labor. this time around the temps are good though I didnt let it reach 109 like my 1st day. I'm sure I'll do good this time around thanks to you and lots of others that gave me my knowledge that I needed on my 1st grow thanks again.:dance:

how big is ur space buk? as i have similar probs with heat: closing the door is a big no-no for me as my temps would rocket too. shit man how many more fans can you have if u already got 4??? maybe u should get bigger intake, exhaust fans as they dont seem to be doing their job?! R they like pc fans (intake/exhaust) u have? get some 5 inch beeatches for intake/out and you should be ok.... but if u already have them then i have no idea!

buckdatass, I had the same brob with temp in my room i had 2 large exaust fans taking air out,but i found it didnt do much good so i got more fresh air pumped in and took 1 of the exaust fans out now i can control the temp better as more fresh air keeps temp down better and if the exaust isnt getting all thehot air out it will escape from some were and new air will keep temp down. well it works for me ,

Yeah sounds good. Yeah I am going to buy 2 more powerful fans that should do the trick... I dont have any PC fans but I will buy 1. I'm just going to try everything. I dont know about my last crop last night I tried another sample and it was a lot better dont really know y. It might be a different plant that I sampled it from or it could be that I didnt dry it enough, o well works for me....
