For nutes go organic definatly. If you dont want to buy a meter just use 20% of the recommended dose on the instructions that all they need. For soil get promix or farfred at your local nursery in bails. If you can not get it get peatmoss which is easy to find and mix with 15% soil. For lights I would get a MH and a track would be real nice. I grow small single cola plants that finish at 12 inches and take up 7.5inches squared producing 8 dry grams each. You could fit tons of them little buggers in there. You should make a mother or two for clones.
