You can and that is effective, but I can't stand the feeling of swallowing those pills because there the size of peanuts. If you don't mind chugging a bottle of syrup do the syrup sure it tastes like shit but there cheaper, theres more in it (54.2mg extra), and it goes down easier unless you have a weak stomach.
