if u want a nice light summery wine there's one called 'fiordaliso', its an italian white white (cant remember what type tho) its nice and dry and light, perfect for bbq's and with salad on a hot day
for red 'rioja' wines from catalunya in spain are really nice, they do some whites too that are nice.
there's also a new vineyard in catalunya called 'esparalt' which has just started, unfortunately i havent seen it in any offies yet..... but its one to keep an eye out for, if u do see it get the white with the light coloured label on the neck

Im not really a big wine drinker but if I do my favourite I would say
is rose wine and also plum wine which is a chinese wine and very hard to get hold of around here..
